Ayurvedic medicine and traditional African practitioners have used Moringa for millennia.

Many scientific studies have recognized the therapeutic qualities of Moringa in preventing and reversing childhood stunting, increasing lactation and immunity, rebalancing glycemic levels and reducing hypertension.
